Turn on two-factor authentication — an authenticator app with one-time backup codes — from your account. Setup got easier too: the common-vendors list now covers hundreds of services, and currency and timezone are searchable pickers spanning every ISO currency and IANA zone. And the optional AI document add-on moved to a prepaid balance you top up — you only ever spend what you load, no surprise bills.

Archiving now stops the ladder immediately but preserves past spend in your year-over-year totals. And yes — archived items still count against the free cap, honestly labelled everywhere.
