What does the free plan include?
The free plan tracks up to 10 items and includes the full escalating reminder ladder, year-over-year spend history, and unlimited users and departments. Archived items still count toward the 10-item cap.
What do I get for $120 a year?
The paid plan lifts the item cap to unlimited and adds purchase-approval workflows and priority support. It is billed annually — there is no monthly plan — and there are still no per-seat or per-department fees.
Do you charge per user or per department?
No. Users and departments are unlimited on every tier. We never charge per seat or per department.
How much is the AI document add-on?
The optional AI document-extraction add-on is $0.50 per document, drawn from a prepaid balance you top up (minimum $1) — so you only ever spend what you load, with no surprise bills. It is off by default and available on any tier, the balance never expires and unused balance is refundable on request, and the file you upload is used to pre-fill fields then deleted, never stored.
Will my price go up later?
Not silently. Under our Fair Pricing Pledge, if the platform price ever changes we tell existing customers first, in plain words, with time to decide. A price change never raises a locked existing price.
